We’ll clarify which equipment is needed: sound system, lighting, fog machine – and any special requirements at the venue (e.g., setup time, volume limits, power supply). That way, there are no surprises later on.

We’ll go through the schedule together: When does the music start? Are there any special program items, speeches, or games to consider? This way, we create a musical flow that fits perfectly.
